Shipping Policy
Shipping Within Australia:
Collectry.Co is located in Melbourne, Australia and we aim to get your order processed as soon as we receive it.
FLATE RATE SHIPPING: $9.00 (AUSTRALIA WIDE)
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours and from then our courier is responsible for the delivery of your order.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We currently ONLY offer shipping within Australia at this point in time.
- We offer standard shipping within Australia which is a estimated (1-6 Days) Delivery Time.
- Shipments are sent out between Monday- Friday (orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays).
- Latest order time must be sent in before 11.59pm Sunday For Monday Pick up.
NOTE:
We do aim to ship worldwide in future, but due to the COVID and country-specific restrictions and with some countries not currently accepting parcels we have decided to introduce international shipping sometime in the near future.
Handling:
In the event that a product which you ordered is damaged during delivery:
- Please contact us as soon as possible at: collectryandco@gmail.com

Any damaged product must be returned in the condition it was in when you received it.
- We will organise the replacement for the damaged product and replace it with an equivalent product or to provide a refund, provided that you contact us within the following time from the date you received the product.
